When do abstracts open and when will I be notified?

Abstracts open October 1, 2025. Notifications are issued within 2–3 weeks of submission.

What should the abstract contain?

200–400 words summarizing objectives, methods, key findings, and implications.

When is the full paper submission deadline?

January 31, 2026 (for eligible tracks requiring full papers).

What does the fee include?

For authors: presentation and a publication pathway per track policy. For audience: attendance access (no meals or accommodation).

Do you provide visa invitation letters?

Yes. Invitation letters are available after confirmed registration, subject to the conference policy and verification checks.

Is virtual participation available?

Yes, SIP2026 offers both in-person and virtual options.

What is your refund policy?

Registrations are non-refundable. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

When will the program and materials be available?

Program: March 15, 2026. Abstract Book & Proceedings: March 25, 2026.
