The registration fees for in-person or virtual participation are finalized by the SIP2026 Conference Committee. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes and subject to conference regulations. Discounts are applied only where specified.

Registration Terms and Conditions
- The registration fee covers participation in the conference program only. It does not include accommodation, travel, or meals.
- Each accepted abstract or paper requires the lead author to complete a full registration, regardless of attendance.
- Co-authors attending the event must register separately under their chosen category.
- Non-academics include industry professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and independent researchers.
- Students must provide valid proof of enrollment (e.g., university ID or enrollment certificate).
- The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Registrations cannot be switched from on-site to virtual after confirmation.
- Each registered participant receives one official conference kit. Additional kits can be purchased with delivery at extra cost.
